Purple Up Day

Purple Up Day is a special day celebrated annually on April 15th to honor and support military children. It falls within the Month of the Military Child, which was established in 1986 by former Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger. The day is dedicated to recognizing the unique challenges and sacrifices faced by children of military families.
